Many vegetables (any kind you want, of course, not potatoes or pumpkin, rich in starch) with sauteed garlic and ginger and choice of beans. Beans are rich in protein and fiber and low fat! I like all cereals, but I like beans and black beans. I usually serve this with a little soy sauce over brown rice, but I'm sure the taste without it.
